若不是查看電腦檔案,也沒發現這個冬瓜粒泡飯還未post出來,原來已靜靜的呆坐了個多月啊!記得煮冬瓜粒泡飯那天的天氣很熱,午間沒甚麽胃口,泡飯就最易下。今年澳洲賣的冬瓜總算不怎樣的貴,這個夏天就如此這般的吃了不少冬瓜。雖然冬瓜本身沒甚麽味道,但它能去濕清熱,跟冬菇,瑤柱等惹味配料一起煮,蠻不錯呢。不想讓這食譜在電腦中呆多一年,現在post出來囉。哈,想不到這道夏天泡飯,到秋天才在blog出場。歉甚。
冬瓜粒泡飯
準備時間: 10 分鐘
烹調時間: 15 分鐘
份量: 二至三人
材料:

材料:
- 冬瓜 240克
- 豬肉(枚頭瘦肉)150克
- 冬菇 4隻
- 瑤柱 2至3粒
- 水 1/2杯,分別用來浸冬菇和瑤柱
- 雞湯 2杯
- 白飯 250克
- 生抽(醬油) 1/2茶匙
- 糖 1/4 茶匙
- 粟粉(玉米粉) 1/2 茶匙
- 菜油 少許
- 瑤柱用水浸軟後,用手撕開。冬菇用水浸軟後,去蒂,切粗粒,或切半,備用。
- 豬肉用醃料拌勻,備用。
- 把雞湯,分別浸冬菇和瑤柱的水一同放入一深鍋中,煮滾後,加豬肉,冬瓜,冬菇和瑤柱,煮至滾後,繼續煮多 5分鐘。
- 白飯先預熱,分別盛入碗中。把煮好的冬瓜湯連料淋在白飯上面,即成。

Poor girl! Will get better, once you adapt. Takes a week or so. This rice surely comforts you in the meantime. You might like to use mince instead.
