Hi Mary,

Those sliced beef was bought from Coles. It's skirt steak, very good for chinese stir-fry. Don't buy those beef in packets saying for stir-fry. They are very tough, not tender enough.
But skirt steak is cheaper and tenderer, excellent for stir-frying. Slice as thin as you can, marinate it and stir fry to be just cooked. Very soft!

台灣稱它為蒜苔,因為量少價錢不便宜呢,也不容易買到.我都拿它炒豬瘦肉絲
