很喜歡這道蒸釀豆腐。雖然豆腐頗普通,但加上蝦膠,就變成名貴又大方,清淡得來又富營養。如想買相更好,也可用玉子豆腐。宴客也可以呢。
蝦膠要做得彈牙又Q才好吃,配合滑滑的豆腐,口感十足。要做又Q又彈牙的蝦膠其實不難,不過要用點心和時間,非常值得喔!
